All items will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. We use Royal Mail 2nd class parcel service and all items are sent FREE of charge We acquire a proof of postage with every item posted, if you do not receive your item within the standard time frame, please get in touch and we will make sure your item arrives as soon as possible.

As a customer, you are responsible for writing the correct shipping address to us. If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address then we will not be able to refund you as the parcels are not return to us, especially for international deliveries.

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in our original packaging.

 

Refunds:

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
